Starting Solids with Your Baby

Dr. Karen Federici will host a unique class on infant feeding; teaching parents how to transition their babies to solids without using baby food or even a spoon. This class is intended for parents and babies at least 6 months old. It will be interactive and fun, so bring your baby and a bib and join us for an introduction to starting solids……..without a spoon!

Mom’s Breastfeeding Group

Mothers and babies are welcome to attend and discuss the joys and challenges of breastfeeding. Dr. Karen Federici, MD will facilitate the group in Genoa and Judy Bergsmith, RN, Certified Lactation Counselor, will facilitate the group at Kishwaukee Community Hospital. No need to register-come as often as you like. Just stop in with your baby to meet other breastfeeding moms and receive the support and encouragement you need!
