First of all, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for all of the birthday wishes! I’ve had a wonderful day!
In fact, 53 might be my best birthday yet! Because today I am not just celebrating another journey around the sun...
Today I am celebrating the journey of 80 people who joined me for 3 days this week in a virtual health challenge. 80 people who answered YES! when I asked, “Do you want to be healthier?” 80 people who committed to 3 days of simple lifestyle changes and healthier eating. 80 amazing people who are now on their way to better health!
Who knew we could accomplish so much in just 3 days?? And who knew it would take so much energy to host a 3-day virtual health challenge?! But what a labor of love it was! Every single ounce of energy was rewarded by the overwhelming excitement, motivation, and gratitude of the group.
We are on to something here. I hear you. I see you. I feel you. So many of you want to be healthier, but just need some guidance, a framework to follow, a supportive tribe to share the journey, and the confidence that you CAN succeed. With our 3-day challenge, we made huge strides, but some of you have a much longer journey ahead. So I’m taking what we started to the next level!
